Shipping Policy

Indian orders:

  • Free shipping across India
  • ₹75 COD charge applicable on Cash on Delivery orders
  • Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation
  • All Orders are processed between Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (IST).
  • Orders placed on Sundays, holidays, or after 6:00 pm (IST) are processed on the next business day.
  • Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimated and depend on your Pin code and selected items.
  • Once dispatched, MEHROOH is not responsible for courier delays.
  • Customers are advised to track shipments and contact the courier directly for updates.


International Orders:

  • Shipping charges for international orders are applicable as per actuals and are calculated at checkout.
  • Shipments may be delayed due to customs inspections.
  • All international orders are shipped DDU (Duties & Taxes Unpaid).
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included in product or shipping prices.
  • Payment of these charges is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Customs fees vary by country—please check with your local customs office.
