Returns

A return request must be raised within 2 days of delivery via email at hey@mehrooh.com

Refunds are subject to inspection and verification of the product once received.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

No refund will be processed if the product tag or seal is tampered with or broken.

A two-way shipping charge of ₹180 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to an additional ₹75 COD charge, which will be deducted from the refund.

If any item is missing from the returned package, Mehrooh reserves the right to deduct up to the full MRP of the missing item from the refund. Missing items includes promotional items, such as free gifts or products provided under special discounts.

Products purchased under Buy 1 Get 1 or similar offers are eligible for return only as a complete set. Partial returns are not accepted. Approved refunds will be credited to Mehrooh Wallet.

Items sold at a strike-through or discounted price (without applying a coupon) are eligible for return.

An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to missing items. The video must clearly show the package being opened from a sealed condition.

Please note: We are currently not accepting any return requests for international orders.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days, in accordance with RBI guidelines, after pickup and quality verification.

Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method.

COD orders: Refunded to the UPI ID or bank account provided by the customer.

Goodbye sale or clearance products (as stated on the product page)
Exchange Policy (Within 10 Days)
Exchanges are accepted in cases of:

Damaged items

Incorrect items received

Size-related issues

An unboxing video is mandatory in case of damaged and incorrect items received.

If the exact product is unavailable, our team will assist with the closest available variant or process a refund, as applicable.
