Shipping Information
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Wherever you are, you can order and choose your shine with Mehrooh.
How will I know when my order ships?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation via email with all relevant details.
Where is my order?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping notification once it has been dispatched.
If you haven’t received the confirmation email, please check your Spam or Promotions folder. If it’s still missing, contact our team and we’ll resend it for you.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, delivery address changes can be made if you inform us within one hour of placing your order. Please contact our support team promptly.
Why is my package delayed?
As we ship worldwide, occasional delays may occur—especially during peak or holiday seasons. Delivery timelines may also be affected by factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control. Mehrooh is not liable for delays caused by these external factors.
Payment Information
Why do I need to pay customs duty? (for International Orders)
All international orders are shipped DDU (Duties & Taxes Unpaid). This means customs duties and taxes are not included in your purchase price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Customs charges vary by country, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for estimated rates.
My package was returned due to unpaid customs duties or an incorrect address. What happens next?
Customers are responsible for paying applicable customs duties and providing accurate delivery details.
If an order is returned due to unpaid duties, an incorrect address, or order refusal, the shipping charges paid to the courier are non-refundable. These charges will be deducted from the total order value, and the remaining balance will be refunded once the returned package is received by us.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
